An in-house lab, not a forwarding address
A large share of “data recovery companies” in Singapore are resellers. They take your drive, courier it to a third party — sometimes overseas — and add a margin. We are the lab.
- Our own in-house cleanroom, on our own premises. Drives are opened here at 6 Harper Road. Nothing is shipped overseas.
- Donor parts held in-house. Head-stack replacements need a matching donor of the same model and firmware revision. We keep stock rather than waiting on a supplier.
- Board-level and component-level capability. PCB repair, firmware work and micro-soldering are done by our own technicians.
- You verify before you pay. We show you the recovered file list, and you confirm your data is there before any payment is taken.
“Do you open drives on these premises, or do you send them somewhere else?” If a company cannot answer that plainly, you are talking to a reseller. Ask us and the answer is: here, in this building.
